Geoff Trew

Chairman

Geoff brings a wealth of expertise to Sovereign Insurance Services by way of his extensive experience across the international insurance industry. A former member of Lloyd’s for 25 years, Geoff held several directorships and senior consultancy positions in Gibraltar, UK, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, China and India.

Now exclusively focused on Sovereign Insurance Services with a particular focus on diverse insurance products such as Contractors All Risks, Corporate Liability, Commercial & Residential Property and Kidnap & Ransom, Geoff has helped Sovereign Insurance Services expand its marketing capabilities with leading insurers and our specialist broker partners providing more choice and comprehensive insurance products for the Group and our direct clients.

Andy Baker (FCII)

Non-Executive Director

An insurance professional with over 50 years’ experience in the industry who provides oversight and support on operational and governance matters across both our Gibraltar and Malta offices.

Mike Nicholls

Non-Executive Director

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and member of the Gibraltar Society of Accountants. Mike moved to Gibraltar in 2002 and is active in the local business community.
